Shipping Process
At Dolphin Express & Logistics LTD, we’ve simplified the international shipping process to make it fast, transparent, and stress-free for all customers.
Here’s how it works:
1. Order and Ship to Our U.S. Address
Use our U.S. forwarding address to receive your online purchases from any retailer or supplier.

When your package is received at our U.S. facility, it is securely processed and prepared for forwarding to The Bahamas.
2. Forwarding to The Bahamas
Once your shipment is registered in our system, it is transported to our Nassau facility (or the nearest branch).
You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once your package is in transit.
3. Customs Clearance
We manage all customs brokerage and clearance procedures on your behalf.
To ensure smooth processing, please provide complete and legible invoices for every item being shipped.
All customs documentation and duties are handled in compliance with Bahamas Customs Department regulations.
4. Secure Distribution
After customs clearance, your shipment will be:
Available for pickup at our Marathon Road facility, or
Delivered via our local delivery service within Nassau or neighboring islands (where available).
You’ll receive a notification with pickup or delivery details once your shipment is ready.
Shipping Times
All estimated delivery times are subject to customs and weather conditions.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on actual or dimensional weight, whichever is greater.
Additional fees may apply for:
Oversized or irregularly shaped items
Fragile or high-value goods requiring special handling
Hazardous or restricted materials
You can request a quote online or in-store for estimated pricing.
Dolphin Express Regulations
Bahamas Customs Compliance
All imported goods require itemized, legible invoices to determine customs value and duties.
Please email all invoices to: invoices@dolphinexpressco.com for processing.
Agent Authorization
Dolphin Express & Logistics LTD may act as your authorized customs clearing agent.
To grant authorization, please complete the Bahamas Customs Form C44 and attach a copy of a valid government-issued ID.
Important Shipping Guidelines
Do NOT Alter Receipts
Modifying invoices or receipts will delay shipment processing and may result in customs penalties.
Shipping a Drone
All drones must be registered with the Bahamas Civil Aviation Authority.

Hazardous, Illegal & Prohibited Items
Customers are responsible for ensuring all items comply with local and international shipping laws.
Contact us in advance to verify if an item is permitted for shipment.

Hazardous Chemicals or Materials
Illegal Drugs or Substances
Counterfeit or Pirated Goods
Perishable Goods (without permits)
Live Animals (without documentation)
Pornographic or obscene materials
Items violating intellectual property rights
Any goods prohibited under Bahamas or U.S. law
